Ref Jess is the ruler of the ring, the one who keeps it fair and fun. With a sharp eye and a whistle that can be heard a mile away, she makes sure every punch and block is by the book. Her rules keep us safe. When she raises your hand, you know youʼve really won! Kids love her high-fives and grown-ups respect her calls.
